We expect our Artists and Customers to have good business dealings and to be
honest fair understanding people. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

How do I commission a work of art?
Find the artist who's work is of your liking and fill out the request a
quote form. A deposit will be necessary prior to the artist begining your
project.

What if I don't like the artwork that is produced?
Because of the nature of Commissioned art, There simply are no returns.
Products from the store section are handled on a case by case basis and
are up to the individual artist that produced the work.

What if I pay a deposit for work and change my mind before its completed?
This situation will be handled on a case by case basis and will highly depend
upon the Individual artist involved and how much work has already been done on your
project.

What if I am charged more than my original quote?
Your quote should be as accurate as possible and should be given in a price or time
range. Each situation is unique and will be handled on a case by case basis.

How long will it take for work to be completed?
Art is a process and depending upon the complexity of the medium involved can
be a very lengthy process. If time is a concern ask prior to commissioning a piece.

What if I decide not to pay?
The artist will have the choice how to persue payment and what steps to take.
We will do our best to mediate this process.

What services do you offer?
Graphic Design, Webpage Design, Logo Design, Business Card Layouts, Banner Layouts,
and much much more.

Artist Faq's

Does it cost anything to have a portfolio on your site?
No.

Why does this site exist?
The owner of this site offers graphic design services and wants to help
others learn of his work and the work other artists listed on the site.
There are no other hidden fees or costs involved with being listed.

Are there any fees to sell my services?
There are no fees associated with having a portfolio on the site,
the site is designed to generate interest in the artist listed and
in the owners own services.

Why should I be listed on your site?
The more people that see your work the more potiential business you will have.
Visitors to our site have the opprotunity to request a quote from you.

What will I get from being listed on your site?
Each month we get a great number of visitors to the site.
Each of these visits are a potiential customer for you.

Are there any fees to sell my products in the store section?
Your not charged anything until a sales transaction happens, because
of fees we are charged there is 5% added to the costs of goods sold to
cover credit card processing fees and data entry time etc. We also will
need to know the weight of products sold directly on the site for the
computer to calculate shipping costs.

What is the welcome package for artists?
If your interested in the welcome package you will receive a package of
business cards, flyers and other offerings.

What is the true nature of the collaborative?
We would like for artists on the site to cooperate with each other to build
successful relationships that foster a community and build a brand name for
independant artists.

How do I sell products on Artmanuniverse.com?
After you have been listed as a artist on the site and you choose
to sell products directly on the site you will be given a special
access code and location to post information that will then be processed
by the site administrator to the store section, or you can simply email
your product information and images.

How do I get listed as a artist's on your site?
Being listed on the site is by invitation only. Your welcome
to submit your work and have us review it to see if your a good
match for one of our catagories.

I don't see anywhere for me to post my art?
To keep the site professional in appearance and content, being listed on the
site is by invitation only. Content is added by the site administrator only
after an artist has agreed to be listed and sent images over.

Can I have my email and website posted on artmanuniverse?
We want our site visitors to feel welcome and have a sence of community.
To maintain a sence of community we list as few outside listings as possible.

How will I know when someone is interested in my work?
We will notify you via email when a request for quote comes in about your work.

How will commissions come to me?
When a visitor requests a commissioned piece of art, You will be notified
via e-mail or phone. Then we will collect a deposit that we will
deposit into your paypal account.

What if I don't get paid?
If the customer refuses to pay you we will do our best to mediate
on your behalf but ultimately it will be upto you how to handle it.

Finalizing a project?
When a piece is finished we will make a request for payment for you
Once we receive a Tracking number via a specialized form We will transfer
payment to your paypal account.

What if I need to charge more than my original quote?
Make sure to give quote in a price range and be as accurate possible and indicate any unforseeables
in the quote. Notify us as soon as possible if you are going to need to make adjustments to your quote.
The Customer may decide not to proceed if the specifics of the quote meet.

What if I want to be removed from the site?
e-mail or call and ask us it will be removed with in 24 to 72 hours in most cases.
We also can remove any artist at anytime without notice.

The images on the site remain the property of the artist they belong to and are
used with permission and maybe used on collateral materials from time to time,
such as flyers, brochures, etc.. to promote our site.

Each artist listed on the site is an independant contactor and agrees with
the information on the conditions of use page. We expect our Artists and Customers to
have good business dealings and to be honest fair understanding people.

shipping or transporting created artworks.
